equipment purchased on Credit Card Terminal.com comes with a 30-day return policy.Credit for the return does not include freight to
the Merchant or freight from the Merchant to Credit Card Terminal.If the equipment is not returned in sold
condition with the original box, correct serial numbers, stickers and all accessories,
then a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price can be applied to your return.All original merchandise must be sent back (power
packs, cords, paper) or you will be charged for the missing items.Equipment shipped back without an RMA will be
rejected or sent back to the Merchant.Special
orders cannot be returned.
Programming Issues
If a unit is returned
or exchanged for programming issues, you can be subject to freight charges as well as a
$25.00 bench charge for testing unit when no problems are found.
Restrictions to return items
Paper, ribbon, damaged or used equipment, sofware, custom made items, and special order
equipment are non-returnable.
Exchange
& Replacement Policy
Credit Card Terminal.com will honor warranties, returns and
exchanges on all equipment purchased from us for (30) thirty days.Once we received damaged or problem unit, we will
ship out replacement at no charge same way original order was shipped.For merchant to receive a terminal immediately
merchant is required to purchase replacement and once the returned unit is received and
diagnosed, merchants card will be credited as per Return Policy.After 30 days, new equipment purchased and golden
warranty not taken, merchant will have to contact manufacturer for warranty consideration.Credit Card Terminal.com warrants refurbished
equipment for one year from date of purchase. By submitting this request, merchant has
read the above policies and agrees to their terms.
