not sell, rent, lease or give your information to any third party for any reason.
Security Statement
Credit Card Terminal.com uses
128-bit encryption using the Miva shopping cart and Verisign gateway for your e-commerce
security and safety.
Return Policy
All equipment purchased on
Credit Card Terminal.com comes with a 30-day return policy.
A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price may be applied to your
return. Credit for the return does not
include freight to the Merchant or freight from the Merchant to Credit Card Terminal. Equipment must be returned with an authorization
return (RMA) number. Merchant can request an RMA by phone call, an email to Credit Card
Terminal.com or simply fill out the Return Merchandise Request
Form. Equipment must be returned in sold condition with the original box, correct
serial numbers, stickers and all accessories. All original merchandise must be sent back
(power packs, cords, books) or you will be charged for the missing items. Equipment shipped back without an RMA will be
rejected or sent back to the Merchant. Special
Orders cannot be returned.
Restrictions to return items:
Paper, ribbon, damaged or used equipment, sofware, custom made items, and special order
equipment are non-returnable.
Warranty
NEW Equipment
All new equipment sold on
Credit Card Terminal.com comes with a manufacturers warranty from one to five years
pending manufacturer and product line. No other warranties are expressed or implied by
Credit Card Terminal.com.
Credit Card Terminal will honor
warranties on all new equipment purchased from us for (30) thirty days. Returned Items will be diagnosed and shipped
within 48 hours. Products returned and found
not to be defective will be returned to Merchant and a $25.00 fee charged.
All warranty items are shipped
via UPS ground service unless Merchant requests otherwise and is willing to pay the
additional related costs.
After 30 days you can contact
the manufacturer directly.

Refurbished
Equipment
Credit Card Terminal.com will
honor warranties on all refurbished equipment purchased from us for 1 year. Within the first 30 days returned Items will
be diagnosed and shipped within 48 hours. After
30 days returned items will be repaired or replaced within 7 to 10 business days. Products returned and found not to be defective
will be returned to Merchant and a $25.00 fee charged along with the freight.
All warranty items are shipped
via UPS ground service unless Merchant requests otherwise and is willing to pay the
additional related costs.
Whats NOT Covered
Normal wear & tear of the
product or miss-used, neglected, improperly installed, physically damaged or altered,
damaged from improper use or Acts of God will void warranty.
