| The NURIT
3020 is an innovative and flexible state-of-the-art payment terminal offered to
the retail merchant community. Among some of the outstanding components integrated into
the Nurit 3020, you'll find a 14,400 bps modem supporting up to six times more data volume
than traditional 2400 bps modems. This particular modem facilitates extremely fast and
secure downloading of software, parameters, black list etc... significantly lowering cost
of ownership and enhancing ease-of-use. The terminal supports the TCP/IP protocol enabling
direct interconnection with the Worldwide Web for data and electronic commerce. Superior
transaction speed and functionality can also be accredited to the unit's powerful 32-bit
microprocessor and fast, but highly reliable, thermal printer! The Nurit 3020 basic platform supports all
traditional mag-stripe means of payment, and may be easily upgraded to use an optional
smart card acceptor and PIN pad to securely process other diverse methods of payment
popular today, or planned for tomorrow. As in all of Lipman's products, much effort has
been invested in the Nurit 3020 to foresee the rapidly changing marketplace, so as to
leave in the hands of each customer the most technologically advanced and cost-effective
